All dressed up with no place to go!

Sorry it's been a while, The boys have been keeping us busy. So many changes, they are still getting cuter. Keagan has recently been extubated, we can now hear him wimper and cry. He looks so darling with his mouth free of tubes. Last night daddy was holding a binky to his mouth for him to suck on and boy was he going to town. it was pretty cute(check out the picture.) Yesterday the doctor and nurse could tell he was breathing heavier and was working to hard on the nasal oxygen so they had to re-intubate him. There is suspicion about an infection so they are running some test to figure out actually if there is anything. Other than that he is doing good.

Kevin is on the conventional ventilator and will soon be weaned off of that and extubated within a day or two. We are excited to see how he does. Some good news for Kevin is that his brain ultrasound has shown the first little decrease in fluid buildup. the nurse said that the sutures of his skull are over lapping, which is a good thing, we look forward to seeing the next progress. Some other news is that Kevin still has not accepted moms milk very well so the surgeons did what is called an upper GI, to see if they could find anything wrong, results show that he will need surgury to fix the problem, but not until he is over 2 kilo's , he is about 1.3 kilo's now so we have to wait about 4 or 5 weeks for surgury. Kevin has to have hernia surgery also so it will be good to get them both done at the same time. Kevin wieghs about 2lbs 14oz and keagan is around 2lbs 12oz.

Last night me and daddy dressed the boys in clothes and put the cute little booties on them that auntie melisse bought them. They were all dressed up with no where to go. they sure looked comfy though!! we love you all. Thank you so much for all the prayers they have done so many miracles. Please pray for Kevin to grow big and strong so he is ready for surgery. Thank you and love<3 <3 <3 <3
ps. new pictures added!
